Princeton Rejuvenation Institute (PRI) Medical Spa was founded by Jamie R. Wisser, MD, FACS and Matthew J. Lynch, MD on the principal that maintaining a healthy, youthful appearance is best achieved by an ongoing regime of preventive skin care and, when necessary, noninvasive or minimally invasive skin care treatments.We specialize in treating skin of all types in patients of all ages. The Institute’s support staff works with the physicians to integrate aesthetician services, including facials, various chemical peels, Dermaplaning, LED photo rejuvenation therapy, crystal-free microdermabrasion using DermaSweep®, Cryofacial treatments, and Rejuvapen-Microneedling technologies. Home skin care regimens are customized for each Institute’s clients using a number of our physician tested, time proven skin care products that include SkinCeuticals, Obagi, Oxygenetix, Sesha products and eyelash enhancer Latisse.

Our physicians exclusively perform all of our Botulinum toxin and filler product injecting at Princeton Rejuvenation Institute. The Institute also offers a unique variety of medical laser interventions designed to treat a number of facial and bodily skin conditions. Micro Fractional Needling Treatment

Rejuvapen Micro-needling is based on the use of tiny needles to create micro-channels (tiny holes) in the skin. We offer a skincare consultation to assess your home care and skin needs; our Licensed Aesthetician will advise you on the best type of treatment to help you achieve radiant, glowing, and healthy skin. Our relationship with Integrated Lasers, Inc. for more than a decade enables the Rejuvenation Laser Center to offer the latest of technologically advanced laser systems, allowing our Physicians to personally customize laser treatment choices to each patient's individual needs. Once you present with a problem, a customized laser intervention is designed specifically for you and may include simultaneous mixed laser treatments, a series of individual laser treatments, or a combination of both strategies formulated to maximize treatment effectiveness and result quality, while minimizing risk.

Laser Treatments

Lasers produce a beam of light in a single wavelength with variable intensity and pulse rate that is capable of precisely cutting, sealing or vaporizing tissue such as skin and blood vessels. Laser light is absorbed by water or dark pigments (melanin in skin, hemoglobin in blood) in the tissue and converted to heat. A variety of functional and cosmetic skin problems are treatable with lasers, which are often specialized to handle a particular type of problem.

Lasers offer many advantages over traditional, mechanical technology, including reduced risk of infection, less scarring, high precision, limited injury, and increased speed of procedures.

The Fractional CO² Laser

Fractional CO² laser treatment is the revolutionary re-invention of the traditional CO² laser! This updated technology works to treat patients with post-acne scarring, age related fine lines and wrinkles, age spots and those in need of overall skin tightening with significantly reduced down time compared to traditional CO² laser treatment. Skin redness lasts days rather than weeks to months and results are equally as impressive.
